National Portrait Gallery welcomes Anna Wintour

Today I was looking at my fashion news, when my eyes stopped by the fact, Anna Wintour ( VOGUE'S EDITOR IN CHIEF) will be at the National Portrait Gallery in London. The author of this portrait is Alex Katz a big pop artist who made this portrait in 2009. I believe Anna Wintour it's not only a fashion icon, is part of fashion an inspiration. Personally she is one of my lead career icons inspiration. Girls here I share with you some wisdom and aspiring words from Anna Wintour for all fashion lovers.

T.G.I.F, and today we have the new PRADA collection for fall 2010-2011 showed in Milan Fashion Week. This is the second collection viewed with more or less the same color palette. Fashion experts seems to bring up the 50s in their creations with soft silluetes. Girls take a note! seems blue, sand , bordeaux and green will be the colors for the next fall.

My boyfriend always asks me why I like shoes and when I've tried to explain why those precious have a real big size in my heart!... guess what! he doesn't understands. He gave me this book named "Voglio quelle scarpe!" in English "I want those shoes!", the writer, Paola Jacobbi who tries to explained why women likes so much shoes.

Well this weekend is over and I was looking at the pics on my facebook when I found one of my dearest friends who know how to make it work with 3 simple pieces. Check out , a high waist black skirt, fringe blouse and a really fashionable over size white jacket with of course big accesories. This season the Black and White combo is basic and easy wearing! . So a couple of months ago, I traveled to one of the most beautiful places in Mexico, Playa del Carmen and I found this little store where the jewelry was outstanding. Claudia Quiroz one of the designers was the one to take my breath away with her creative and high quality designs.

KALO SOMA is the name of the brand, makes handmade jewelry with leather and semi precious stones and metals. Right now are getting really popular in Mexico, The United States, Europe and even Japan. This jewelry mmmm... it's a little expensive but believe me WORTH IT, personally my beautiful necklace I've bought is with out doubt my favorite!

Penny's Cozy Boots

Today is Friday and I'm feeling like writing so here it comes my second post for you. Yesterday I was looking at The Big Bang Theory and this is the fourth time Penny's Cozy Boots go strait into my eyes. Well this kind of boots I've to say are one of my favorites, it turns to be an example how it should be fashion, wearable, comfortable and pretty. Sometimes fashionable shoes can be a little uncomfortable, so tell me how do you think the perfect shoe should be?

So, lets talk about nails! I'm totally crazy about all beautiful diversity nail polish colors. Yesterday one of my clients asked me which color she must choose for summer and lets face it all those many colors could make anyone confused so an update of what is in right now for nail polish would be the bright and nude colors. CHANEL goes for the pinkie (bright, clear) and sand colors (clear ones), DIOR instead goes for the same palette but in a darker way and at last MAC will go with brighter colors. I would say that if you ladies have to try a particular nail color would be, red,purple and sand, of course in my very humble opinion I would say the green color appearing the last season would be also a great option for spring.
